Wilderwood sing and play songs and tunes from the Heart of England, both traditional and new. Using a mixture of strings, woodwind, brass and percussion to back up their voices, they give both old and original songs a new and distinctive twist.

They specialise in music rooted deep in the soils of their respective birthplaces of Lincolnshire and rural Essex.

Whether they are singing in an ancient woodland or modern convention centre, they aim to enchant their listeners into forgetting their worries and stresses. Step into a performance by "Wilderwood" and you can be whomever, or whatever you wish - your only limitations are your own dreams.

"Wilderwood" comprises Tim and Annie Walker, playing a wide variety of string, brass and percussion instruments. They are as happy performing on a stage for a large audience as they are providing background music for social events, both settings enabling them to showcase different skills.
